Supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias

Instructions for use

Dilute in 5% dextrose.

Must be given as slow IV injection or infusion. Caution! A rapid IV bolus may cause hypotension and cardiac decompensation.

Administer via a large calibre IV catheter into a large vein (extravasation may cause severe local tissue damage).

Use a filter for IV line to prevent particulate matter.

Precautions for Use

Not compatible with 0.9% NaCl

Not compatible with PVC containers. Use PVC-free infusion bags.
