Instructions for use
To be used with a fluorescent microscope (see related articles below).
In routine laboratory after good quality staining is established, switch to home made auramine with auramine O and potassium permanganate which is much cheaper than using this ready to use kit.
Storage
- Protected from humidity
- Temperature between 15º and 30ºC
- Do not store together with oxidizing and acidic materials
- Shelf life: 12 months
