Instructions for use
Dilute in distilled water. Autoclave the mixture before use. For preparation of NaOH solution, the reagent can be substituted by sodium citrate anhydrous.
Storage
- Store the reagent at room temperature in a closed container.
- NaOH-sodium citrate stock solution, once prepared, must be stored in a screw cap flask and can be kept at room temperature, but refrigeration (+4°C) is preferred.
