    • Shore D Hardness: 60 (after 14 days at +23°C)
    • Abrasion Resistance: 75 mg (CS 10/1000/1000) after 7 days at +23°C
    • Flexural Strength: ~10 N/mm² after 7 days at +23°C

    • Tensile Adhesion Strength: 1.5 N/mm² (failure in concrete)
