(WRG modular tent) FRAME Extension aluminium

Form

This is a 3 meters end extension of the frame of a Modular tent system. No covers are included. PVC covers need to be orderd separately.

Key features:

  • Length: 3 meters;
  • Width: 6 meter;
  • Height side walls: 2.35 meter;
  • Height roof ridge (highest point): 3.3 meter;
  • Frame material: High quality aluminum (standard);
  • One aluminium portal with horizontal beams and with an extra central colmun and bracings;
  • Wind load resistance: 0.5 kN/m2 (Certified by TÜV);
  • Sections are easily replaceable, in case of e.g. damage;
  • Modular expandable and swappable;
  • Fixation to frame by keder profiles. In combination with its unique Vario-Nut feature to allow fixation of shelves, medical instruments and other objects to the legs and roof beams of the tent, without the use of any tools;
  • Minimum lifespan PVC and aluminum: At least 15 years.

Fit

Fit on an other module of a modular tent. This is the extension of a base set. This module cannot stand alone.

Function

The function of this article is to extend of 3 meters a WRG modular tents and to be used as last section of a structure.

The WRG Modular tents is an expendable lightweight structure, usable for all kinds of purposes. Storage facility, staff housing, offices, schools, triage, medical (e.g. patient wards, ER, Ebola clinic, cholera clinic and maternity clinic).

Standard available in 54 m2, 6x9m (width x length). Can also be modified smaller or larger in segments of 6x3m. In addition, wall-, roof and flooring-segments are also customizable, easily swappable for doors, ventilation openings, shade-nets, insulation with sandwich panels. If any modifications of the standarts articles are wished, please contact your referent.

It is also a durable product with 15 years lifespan. The PVC covers from the standards product can be changed by sandwisch panels to make the facility a semi-permanent structure
