Definition

Self-recording thermometer with internal sensor, used to monitor the temperature inside refrigerators. It shows the temperature and time, records when the alarm thresholds are exceeded (1 hour below +2 °C or above +8 °C), and memorizes the duration of the breach and the maximum or minimum temperature reached, for the previous 30 days.
