One HUB per storage location is enough as long as the loggers are within a close radius (<10m for fridges, <30m for open space) from it. Otherwise an additional HUB is recommended.
There is no limit to the number of loggers that can be paired to a HUB

Function

The HUB collects the data from each logger in its proximity via radio transmission and relays it to the server via Ethernet or 2G. The SIM card as well as the battery ensure a continuity of signal output during power cuts, or ethernet connectivity cutouts.
