Separate protocols for trimethoprim / sulfamethoxazole (CTX) and INH/Vitamin B6 treatment.

Fixed dose combination to reduce the number of tablets for patients requiring CTX and TB prophylaxis. With vitamin B6 to prevent isoniazid-related peripheral neuropathy.
