Form
Brass valve with a handle to open or close in ¼ turn. Both ends are 3/4", female threaded. Handle is usually in red. Per piece.
Fit
Fits to other 3/4 inch threaded male parts.
To ensure a leakage-free assembly on the male thread the use of threading fibres or teflon tape is required.
Function
Ball valves are often used to open and close a line. Gate valves are more adapted to regulate the flow.
