Instructions for use
Tablets should be taken with sufficient fluid.
Precautions for Use
Beta-blockers are contraindicated in paediatric heart failure when the standard treatment is diuretics (furosemide) and angiotensin-converting-enzyme (ACE) inhibitors (enalapril).
Caution! Carvedilol should not be used in routine programmes. It is reserved for hospital facilities or certain programmes that have an ultrasound machine for selective cardiac diagnosis.
