Fit

U-shaped inlet and outlet 2 "1/2 male to screw.

Power and power: 230 V / 50 Hz, 225 Watts.

Function

To bacteriologically treat water by the germicidal action of ultraviolet rays.

Allows to treat a water flow of 16.2 m3 / h at 31 m3 / h for transmittance values between 92% and 98%, and a UV dose of 25 mJ / cm2 at 40 mJ / cm2. Average flow 23 m3 / h.

Setting up:

Installs horizontally, on the water supply pipe and must be placed on brackets fixed to the wall or placed on the ground on the support brackets.

Leave room either 1 m on the side of the lamps in order to replace the lamps, or provide for the easy dismantling of the device (by-pass), in order to be able to change the 75W UV lamps or the quartz sleeves.

It is recommended to instal a valve before and a valve after the generator.

Turbidity decreases the quality of water irradiation by ultraviolet rays.

The reactor must be isolated from "water hammer". It must be protected from frost, excessive heat and humidity (indoor installation).

As a precaution and to ensure longevity, the UV generator must be connected to a dedicated electrical line.

Maintenance:

The lifetime of 75W UV lamps is 9000 hours of operation. The generator's electronic box provides information on the remaining time of use.

Clean the quartz sleeves at least each time you change the TUV 75W lamps and check the gaskets.
