OPEN FRACTURE SET (with Orthofix G. external fixator)
The Orthofix Galaxy external fixator was selected as the new external fixator for MSF projects and was gradually introduced during 2020, it is now the standard one. The Gexfix external fixator will still be available as long as stocks exist.
Please note that the two external fixation systems are NOT compatible with each other. Therefore, the parts from the Gex-Fix set should NOT be mixed with the parts from the Orthofix set.

Definition
This set is composed of one set of 14 instruments for superior and inferior limbs and one Orthofix Galaxy external fixator set for 2 to 3 fixations.
Instructions for use
To be used with the basic surgery set (see related articles below).
Suitable for adults and children.
Should be available in any surgical mission.
