REACTOR UV (Germi AD200) 1x200W + manual cleaner

Form

UVc reactor composed of a stainless steel treatment chamber and a 200 Watt UVc lamp.

Technical characteristics:

UV lamp:

  • Total electrical power: 200 W (1 lamp)
  • Germicidal power: 58 W UVc
  • Lamp life: 16000 hours or 2 years

UV reactor:

  • Processing chamber: 316L stainless steel
  • Inlet / Outlet: DN 40
  • Maximum authorized pressure: 6 bar
  • Protection index: IP 54
  • Triangular support
  • Temperature sensor

Electric box:

  • Dimensions (mm): 190 x 204 x 72
  • Protection index: IP 52
  • On / off switch
  • Lamp / hour meter / LCD screen

Fit

Inlet / Outlet: DN 40

Power supply: 230 V / 50-60 Hz

Function

To bacteriologically treat water with the germicidal action of ultraviolet rays.

Used to treat an average water flow of 3.8 m3 / h (T10 = 50%) to 6.2 m3 / h (T10 = 70%) for a UV dose of 40 mJ / cm² at the end of the life of the lamps. (T10 = UV transmittance over 10 mm at 254 nm).

Installation:

To be installed on the main water supply line.

It must be positioned horizontally, the water inlet and outlet are indifferent.

It is necessary to leave space on the side of the lamp connector (minimum 1300 mm) or to provide for easy removal of the device (bypass), in order to change the UV lamp.

If the reactor must be installed vertically, it is then essential to equip the reactor with an automatic air purge in the upper part. In this case, it is preferable for the water to come in from the bottom and back out from the top of the reactor.

The device must be isolated from "water hammer" by an anti-water hammer device (expansion tank, shock absorber, etc.) if necessary. It should be protected from freezing or excessive heat.

Turbidity decreases the quality of water irradiation by ultraviolet rays.

As a precaution and to ensure longevity, the UV generator must be connected to a dedicated electrical line.

Maintenance :

Maintenance is limited to changing the UV lamp and changing or cleaning the sheath.

The UV lamp has a limited lifespan of 16,000 hours, after which water disinfection is no longer guaranteed.

The quartz sheath protecting the lamp considerably simplifies the change thereof. The quartz sheath can become dirty or show deposits. It should be cleaned with a mild acid.
