Function

Main component of the mechanical ventilation kit, designed to supply a continuous flow of fresh outdoor air. Built-in F7 filters remove dust and fine particles, helping maintain indoor air quality while renewing the air supply.

Essential in sensitive medical areas such as operating theatres and ICUs, where positive pressure is required to prevent contamination. By introducing filtered fresh air, the system ensures both patient safety and compliance with medical standards.

Not suitable for negative-pressure environments (e.g., airborne isolation rooms). For specific cases where exhaust air also needs filtering, consult the HVAC referent.

Maintenance:

  • clean fan and ducting
  • clean G4 prefilters
  • replace F7 filters at recommended intervals
