Form

  • Adaptability: A HPT24 with isolation liner can be operated as a stand-alone medical facility or as part of a dedicated Ebola treatment centre or field hospital set up.
  • Hygienic: All wall and floor surfaces can be easily cleaned and disinfected. All seams and accessories are constructed in a way that no infected materials can be accumulated in hidden corners.
  • Transferrability: Includes lockable cable ducts and pass-through tubes for one-way distribution of blood bags and medical tools from the safe zone / observation area to the patient zones.
  • Privacy: The observation area is fitted with transparent PVC film windows with roll-down privacy curtains with magnetic closures.
  • Versatility: Plenty of hanging points for lights and medical equipment.
  • Material: Made of PVC-coated fabrics. All seams HF welded for full waterproofness to prevent infectious fluids and disinfecting detergents from passing from one area to the other.

Fit

  • Deploy ability: The Isolation liner needs to be installed inside a 24 m2 UNICEF approved High Performance tent with internal frame or inside a HuggyAIR 24 m2 inflatable tent when fast response and deployment is required.
  • Specific for Alpinter and NRS HPT 24m2 tents.

Function

  • Design: Developed in cooperation with MSF and WHO for safe and efficient treatment of patients with haemorrhagic fever such as Ebola or infectious non-airborne diseases.
  • Zones: The Isolation liner, covering 24 m2, offers 2 separate patient zones for 1 patient with support family or 2 patients per zone. Both zones will be entered from the rear end of the tent. At the front of the tent is the observation area positioned, overseeing both patient zones.
