Primary function:

• provides automatic ON/OFF control of a light source by utilizing passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect physical movement within its surveillance zone.

Limitations:

• strictly requires a neutral wire; not interchangeable with legacy 2-wire installations (like the 0 695 20LA model).
• transformer losses must be explicitly taken into account when calculating the total load power.
• in master/slave configurations, the time delay setting on all connected automatic switches must be approximately equal (± 10%).
• lens must be kept clean; dust or dirt accumulation will severely reduce detection reliability.
