Instructions for use
Using a liner gains up to 3 ºC of warmth and avoids repeated washing of the bag itself.
Using an insulating sleeping mat protects against humidity from below and raises the temperature in the sleeping bag.
Sleeping bags and mats are provided by MSF when needed. They belong to MSF and must be left with the missions when the international staff leaves.
