SYMMETRICAL HALF-COUPLING, 3", female threaded + lock

Form

Aluminium-made coupling. On one side, it has a 3” or ND80 diameter female-thread. On the other side, it has a Guillemin-type symmetric half-coupling with lock. It contains a rubber gasket/seal. Per piece.

Fit

On one side, it fits onto 3” male threaded pipes or connections. On the other side, its symmetrical coupling must have a lock to ensure a correct assembly.

Function

Used to connect pipes or couplings together. To ensure a leakage-free assembly, on the male thread the use of threading fibres or teflon tape is required. On the symmetric half coupling part, the gasket/seal must be present and free of debris. It is quarter turn closing and can be fastened by hand or a hook spanner.
