Function

Used to test the pH of water. A pH value ranges from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. Values below 7 are acid and above 7 are considered basic (also called alkaline). The pH has a big influence on the performance of different water treatment methods, from assisted sedimentation/direct rapid sand filtration to chlorination.
