Indications

Hand antisepsis by friction, before and after procedures or wearing gloves

Instructions for use

Ready-to-use alcohol-based hand rub, solution or gel. Both forms provide the same antiseptic efficacy.

The solution (or gel) should contain at least 70% ethanol or 75% isopropyl alcohol (isopropanol or 2-propanol).

To be applied on clean or unsoiled, powder-free (use powder-free gloves) and dry hands. The gel protects better the skin from dryness, especially with frequent use.

Same code for the 500 ml solution and gel. When ordering, specify the required presentation (gel or solution) based on the product registered in the country..

The 500 ml bottle should ideally be supplied with a hand pump.

Holders (wall-mounted or bedside holder) designed for the 500 ml bottle are available. Caution! before ordering holders, check with your supply centre whether the bottle supplied will be square or round to ensure compatibility with the correct holder.

The wall mount holder requires a bottle with a hand pump for proper functioning.

Storage

  • Below 25°C - Protect from sunlight
  • Tightly close the bottle after each use to avoid evaporation.
  • After opening, check the use-by date mentioned by the manufacturer on the packaging (note the date on the bottle).
  • Keep away from sources of ignition (flame, spark, incandescent material).
