Therapeutic Action

Reduction of intra-ocular pressure (carbonic anhydrase inhibitor)

Indications

Chronic glaucoma, when topical treatment is not effective

Symptomatic treatment of altitude sickness

Instructions for use

Potassium (KCl) supplementation is recommended for prolonged treatment.

Do not administer to patients with severe hepatic or renal disease, adrenal failure or hypersensitivity to sulphonamides.

Do not administer to children under 5 years of age.
