Therapeutic Action

Antifungal antibiotic active against a wide range of yeasts and yeast-like fungi, including Candida albicans.

Indications

Instructions for use

Shake well before use.

Depending on the manufacturer, the product is supplied with a graduated dropper or a graduated syringe and an adapter. Read the manufacturer's instructions.

After each use, rinse the dropper or syringe with water.

In children under 3 years of age, nystatin oral suspension is easier to use than miconazol oral gel.

In children over 3 years of age and adults, miconazol oral gel is the treatment of choice.

For the treatment of moderate to severe oropharyngeal candidiasis and oesophageal candidiasis, oral fluconazole is the treatment of choice.
