Therapeutic Action

Oral rehydration (WHO formulation with reduced osmolarity)

Indications

Prevention and treatment of dehydration from acute diarrhoea, cholera, etc.

Instructions for use

Sachet of powder to be diluted in 1 litre of drinking water.

It is recommended to order zinc tablets together with ORS for children under 5 years of age with diarrhoea.

Storage

  • Below 25ºC - Protect from sunlight Protect from humidity
  • Do not use if the powder has become a brownish yellow pasty consistency.
  • Once prepared, use the solution within 24 hours.
