Definition

Mechanical device designed to measure the weight of infants or to monitor weight changes.

Device usually consisting of a tray, a flexible plate, a beam lever system mounted on a reinforced steel pivot and one or more sliding weights that can be moved along the weight scale to indicate the weight of the occupant when placed on the scale.

Instructions for use
