Instructions for use

Reconstitute MGIT Panta with 3 ml of sterile distilled water, then aseptically add 0.1 ml of PANTA mixture to the BBL MGIT 4 ml tube, just prior inoculation.

Do not use PANTA for MGIT 960, or any other antibiotic mixture.

Storage

  • Keep lyophilized vials refrigerated between 2º C and 8º C
  • Once reconstituted, use within 72 hours if stored between +2ºC and +8°C or up to 6 months if stored at -20°C
  • Once thawed, use immediately and discard unused portion
  • Shelf life: 18 months (548 days)
  • Guaranteed minimum remaining shelf life at delivery: 1/3 of total shelf life
