Instructions for use

Dissolve in distilled water then add to potassium phosphate solution, in the amount necessary for the pH required. Autoclave the mixture before use.

Storage

  • Store at room temperature (between +15ºC and +25°C) in a well closed container, protected from light and humidity.
  • Phosphate buffer solution can be stored at room temperature, but refrigeration is preferable.
  • Use potective equipment for the eyes
  • Manipulate with gloves

MSF requirements

Reagent necessary to prepare phosphate buffer pH 7.0, used to prepare antibiotics stock solutions for Thin Layer Agar Technique and phosphate buffer pH 6.8, used to neutralize soda after decontamination procedure.
