Definition

Hydraulic jack intended for lifting vehicles.

Specifications

  • Comes in two versions: for cars and for trucks
  • Capacity: 2 or 10 ton
  • Minimum lifting height: 21 or 24 cm
  • Maximum lifting height: 34 or 54 cm

Instructions for use

Requires firm and stable placement on the ground.

When lifting the vehicle, the bearing pad of the jack (the point of contact with the vehicle) gradually moves further from the vertical, making the jack unstable. This jack is therefore intended for lifting only to small heights, for example for changing a wheel.

For high lifting, it is better to use a trolley jack which automatically adjusts its position during lifting.

Keep the jack clean and free from sand and dust.

Never use 2 jacks simultaneously on (both sides of) a vehicle.

For repairs, use axel stands to be able to work safely.
