Form
PE (polyethylene) ball valve, with a compression coupling diameter 50 mm on each ends.
Fit
To be connected to a PE hose with an external diameter of 50 mm on each end.
To ensure a leakage-free compression, the coupling and pipe should come from the same supplier. The gasket/seal must be present and free of debris. The compression coupling can be fastened by hand or using a claw wrench.
Function
Ball valves are often used to open and close a line. Gate valves are more adapted to regulate the flow.
