Form

Metal screen one end and a 1/2" (ND15) male threaded the other end.

Fit

To be connected to a1/2" pump suction pipe.

Function

Used with surface pumps at the beginning of the suction hose (in the raw water intake). Functions are to prevent debris or leaves entering the pump at intake level.

Do not forget the CWATCBVANTHIF, non-return valve to be connected to the screen, to prevent the water from leaving the suction hose once primed.

Use a float to prevent strainer from touching bottom mud and becoming clogged. CWATPLUMF2R.
