Form
Straight reducer coupling made out of PVC. With a smooth female 50 mm connection on one end and a smooth female 40 mm connection on the other. Per piece.
Fit
To be connected to 50 mm external diameter PVC pipes or couplings on one end and a 40 mm external diameter PVC pipes or couplings on the other. To be glued with PVC glue.
Function
Used to join two parts of different diameter in a water system.
- 40mm PVC is often used for grey water drainage, sinks or washing machines.
- PVC pipes can be cut with a metal saw.
- Grind the cut with a file or sandpaper.
- Grind with sandpaper the parts that need to be glued, on the tube and inside the sleeve.
