Self-recording thermometer designed to be connected to an optional external sensor, used to monitor the temperature inside refrigerators. It shows the temperature and time, records when the alarm thresholds are exceeded (1 hour below +2 °C or above +8 °C), and memorizes the duration of the breach and the maximum or minimum temperature reached, for the previous 30 days.

ATTENTION:
- This model is equipped with a connector for external sensor, it works only with an external sensor connected. In this case the alarm is permanently displayed and no temperature recorded
- The external sensor, in a vial of glycol and 1,5 m long cable, is an option
Instructions for use
Placing the fridge-tag with an external sensor:
Two hours before activating the Fridge-tag the external sensor must be placed in its predetermined location. It is recommended and important to place the external sensor in the center of the refrigerator for an optimal temperature observation and to avoid any incorrect measurements when starting the device.
For the right positioning of the external sensor within the fridge, please follow the instructions of WHO, CDC or any other governmental requirements of your country.”
