Form

  • Thin liquid, polymer dispersion (polyvinylidene chloride) moisture barrier.
  • Colour: blue.
  • Supplied in a 12 kg jerry can (liquid).

Fit

  • Applied in 3 coats under vapor-tight coverings (PVC / rubber); 2 coats for more permeable coverings like linoleum.
  • First coat must be diluted 1:1 with water.
  • Suitable for indoor sand-cement subfloors (“screeds”); subfloor moisture must be ≤ 4.0% CM.
  • Not suitable for subfloors with permanent groundwater pressure.

Function

  • Serves as a damp proof membrane (DPM) to suppress residual construction moisture in cementitious screeds.
  • Prevents moisture-related damage to PVC or other vapor-tight floor coverings by creating a moisture-sealed substrate.
  • Very low-emission (EMICODE EC1 PLUS), non-flammable, and fast-drying supports healthier indoor air quality and safe installation.
