Function

The surge protective device (SPD) protects terminal equipment from transient overvoltages caused by switching operations or indirect lightning effects.
Using compact Type 3 protection with integrated wiring, it provides fast response in L–N and L/N–PE modes while limiting the residual voltage to safe levels for sensitive devices.
The device includes an acoustic fault indication to alert the user in case of end-of-life or failure.
