Form
Straight PP (polypropylene) reducer coupling, with a compression coupling diameter 40mm on one end and a threaded male coupling 5/4" on the other. Maximum nominal pressure NP16 resisting up to 16 bar.

Fit
To be connected to a PE hose with an external diameter of 40mm on one end and a 5/4" threaded female coupling on the other side.
To ensure a leakage-free compression, the coupling and pipe should come from the same manufacturer. The gasket/seal must be present and free of debris. The compression coupling can be fastened by hand or using a claw wrench.
On the male thread use threading fibres or teflon tape is required.

Used to connect a 40mm PE hose to a 5/4" female threaded coupling.
