- Wallet of 14 tablets for children between 20 and 35 kg:
- 1200 mg/d (2 tabs.): D1 to D4
- 600 mg/d (1 tab.): D5 to D10
- Wallet of 24 tablets for adults ≥ 35 kg:
- 1800 mg/d (3 tabs.): D1 to D4
- 1200 mg/d (2 tabs.): D5 to D10
