Precautions for Use

If at any time the ultrasound system loses connectivity, turn off the system and reattach the mini-dock and system. Always verify that the mini-dock and system are correctly attached after changing a transducer. When you change a transducer, the mini-dock may loosen.

Maintenance

Clean and disinfect The exterior surface of the mini-dock can be cleaned and disinfected with a recommended cleaner or disinfectant.

  • Remove the system, unplug the power supply, and detach any cables.
  • Clean the surfaces using a soft cloth lightly dampened in a mild soap or detergent cleaning solution. Apply the solution to the cloth rather than the surface.
  • Wipe the surfaces with the disinfecting solution.
  • Air dry or towel dry with a clean cloth.
