Fit
Electrical interfaces
Coil terminals (control side)
- A1,A2
- AC version → no polarity.
Contact terminals (2 change-over contacts)
First change-over :
- 11 = Common
- 12 = NC
- 14 = NO
Second change-over :
- 21 = Common
- 22 = NC
- 24 = NO
Wiring explanation
Control wiring (230 VAC)
Phase (L) → A1
Neutral (N) → A2
When the coil is energized :
- LED turns ON
- 11–14 closes (first contact)
- 21–24 closes (second contact)
- 11–12 and 21–22 open
Example – switching two independent circuits
- Circuit 1 :
- Phase → 11
- 14 → Load 1
- Circuit 2 :
- Phase → 21
- 24 → Load 2
Each contact can control an independent circuit up to 8 A.
Fail-safe use (NC contact)
Phase → 11
12 → Load
Relay not energized → circuit closed
Relay energized → circuit open
Function
Provides galvanic isolation and signal amplification between a 230 VAC control circuit and two load circuits up to 8 A each.
Typical applications :
- PLC output interface
- contactor control
- alarm systems
- lighting circuits
- small motors ( be careful to the starting current )
Limitations :
- maximum 8 A per contact
- not suitable for high-power motor loads
- installation required inside protected enclosure (IP20)
- respect AC1 / AC15 utilization categories
