Must be given using a medicine cup or an oral syringe
In case of supply issue, the 10% oral solution (100mg/ml) can be used as an alternative to the 7.5% oral solution (74.5mg/ml).
In this situation, the dosage must be adjusted to prevent overdose and reduce the risk of medication errors, as follows:
