  • 1x pipe PVC 16mm length 1m
  • 2x cone connection 16mm GF721.960.305
  • 1x dosage ball valve 2-way PVC-U 323 16mm GF161.323.401
  • 1x flow meter 2.5-25 l/h tube in Polysulfon, floater in Polysulfon GF198.801.880
  • 1x 2" T piece with two 2" Guillemin type half symetrical coupling
  • 2x reducer 2" to 3" Guillemin type
  • 1x SPIRAL HOSE, 2", NP6, 80cm + 2 half-couplings + lock

Note : the article in 3 parts (CWATASSYD04) contains 2 reducers. The module KWATMTRES1- contains 2 extra reducers (as per list) so in total 4 reducers, which is not necessary. The module also contains a 120 liters tank which could be found on stock or at the local market. This is why this article in 4 parts can be preferred to the module.

Fit

To be connected in between the suction pipe and the inlet of the pump.​​

Function

Device used during operation of the MODULE, SUCTION SIDE DOSER, flow range 15-150 litre/h to dose precise concentrations of flocculants into the water to be treated.

Connect the T-piece of the suction side doser directly to the 2" inlet of a petrol motor pump. When a 3" diesel motor pump is used, connect the T-piece with a 3" - 2" reducer and the short spiral hose included in the motor pump kit.

Prepare the chemical solution in the container.

Put the regulation valve (flow meter / PVC pipe combination) in the container.

Once the motor pump has been started and revved to the desired yield, regulate the chemical solution flow by means of the valve (according to the results of the jar test). The flow can be read directly on the flow meter.

Caution, if the strainer of the pump or suction hose gets clogged, the water/chemical dose ratio will be altered.

Train the staff in proper operation, follow-up and maintenance of the suction side doser (rinse with clear water after use).

CAUTION

Not to be used with PAX coagulant.
