Form

Pre-printed "PACKING LIST" form. Self-copying (x3) from the first page to the two following pages. The form is in English. A French version is available with a different code. First page red, second green and third page blue. Size A4, book of 50 pages (x3). Per book.

Function

Packing Lists are compulsory to accompany each and every shipment to and between missions in MSF. It indicates the items in the boxes and must be dated then signed by the Expeditor and the Receiver. One copy remains at the location of departure, while the white sheet is kept at the reception site. The second copy is sent back as a confirmation of good reception.
