Function

  • Used to pump water from a surface reservoir source to a tank, or into a distribution system.​ Examples of surface sources the pump can be used with include drainage and irrigation ditches, ponds, basements and rivers.
  • Needs proper periodic maintenance. Is rated to pump raw water (untreated) of a relatively low turbidity.
  • Not suitable for sewage, septic tanks and wastewater in general. Pumps used for non- potable water should not be used for delivering treated potable water.
