DEWATERING PUMP electrical, min. 14m

Form

Centrifugal pump, delivering at least 14 m head, powered by an electrical motor integrated into the same waterproof casing as the pump.

Designed for pumping water that is not completely clear (contains small diameter particles such as mud).

If possible, should be equipped with floater switch to avoid dry running.

Engine characteristics:

  • single phase, 230 V (AC), 50Hz
  • can run on 3-4 kVA generator
  • overload protection

Fit

Part of the KIT, DEWATERING AND WELL CLEANING.

Outlet has a connection for a 2” or ND50 pipe. Needs electrical supply, single phase 230 V (network or generator).

Function

Mainly used to pump water from a well during well cleaning or construction, can be also used to remove stagnant surface water/ muddy water.

Dewatering pumps must be stopped and disconnected from electricity when manipulating the pump.

Always check power cable of pump for damages before connecting pump to electricity

The generator used to power the pump must be correctly sized and earthed.

Avoid dry running of pump. Pump requires little maintenance.
