Form
Brass valve with a lever/handle to open or close in ¼ turn (as opposed to a gate valve that takes several turns to operate). Handle is usually in red. Both ends are 3", female threaded. Per piece.
Fit
To be fixed to 3" pipes or devices.
Function
Used in a water installation to allow rapid closing and opening of the system. Not recommended to regulate a flow; for this a gate valve is recommended: CWATVALV3GF.
