Instructions for use
Posology is expressed in IU and not in mg.
Must be given as IM or IV injection after reconstitution with the appropriate quantity of 0.9% NaCl.
Vincristine, another cytotoxic medicine, should be systematically ordered together with bleomycin as they have to be used in combination.
Precautions for Use
Contraindicated during breastfeeding.
- Dangerous substance for the staff handling it.
- Cytotoxic drugs should not be handled or administered by pregnant staff members.
- It is mandatory to train the staff and to follow the Standard Precautions during preparation, reconstitution, dispensation, stock management and disposal: wear gloves, gown with long sleeves, protective glasses, respirator, etc.

Storage
- Keep refrigerated between 2ºC and 8ºC.
- Do not freeze.
- Once reconstituted, use the solution immediately.
- Any unused solution should be discarded.
