Indications

Severe metabolic acidosis

Instructions for use

8.4% solution is equivalent to 8.4 g sodium bicarbonate per 100 ml.

Must be given as slow direct IV injection diluted in 5% glucose or as continuous IV infusion in 5% dextrose.

Administer under close medical supervision.

Precautions for Use

Do not administer by IM or SC route.

Storage

  • After opening, use the product immediately.
