Instructions for use

All flow cytometric analyses performed on Partec CyFlow devices require Partec sheath fluid.

Sheath fluid mixture is not regulated for transport because of very low concentration of the component (0.05% Sodium Azide)

Storage

  • Storage temperature: between 18 and 30°C
  • Shelf life
    • Cleaning solution: 36 months
    • Decontamination solution: 24 months
    • Sheath fluid:
      • Closed container: 12 months
      • After opening the container it should be stored with the tap for sheath fluid container attached and out of direct sunlight for no longer than 2 months.
    • Guaranteed minimum remaining shelf life at delivery: 1/3 of total shelf life
