To be Ordered Separately
The incubator must be ordered with automatic CO2 cylinder switchover system (MCO-21GC).
CO2 incubators require two gas bottles, a manometer and, if not provided by the supplier, a switchover system to change the gas supply from one bottle to the other.

Precautions for Use
Secure all biomedical electrical devices in the laboratory. Contact your biomedical referent to define the best option.
Failing that, use a UPS double conversion for the electrical protection of the apparatus (see related articles below).
If the laboratory is not provided with air-conditioning system, avoid placing the incubator in proximity of an open window, to avoid contamination in the chamber.
MSF requirements
To incubate at 37°C in 5% CO2 environment inoculated Middlebrook 7H11 media plates for Thin Layer Agar Technique, to allow mycobacterial growth.
