Basic office equipment intended for 1 or 2 persons in emergency situation or in exploratory mission.

• Equipment needed for taking notes, filing documents and producing hand-written letters and reports
• MSF identification and presentation equipment

• Brachial perimeter bracelets (MUAC) allowing to make a rapid nutritional survey

Satchel

Caution: this kit cannot be transported as hand luggage unless scissors and Swiss knife are removed.

This kit is always available in the headquarters of each OC.

When leaving for an emergency, the MSF staff member must:

• place the updated MSF addresses list of his/her OC in the satchel
• check that the included documents are in the required language (catalogues, guidelines, etc.)
• rapidly check the content of the satchel in order to remove what he/she won't need and possibly add some necessary documents (ECHO financing request form, reports or documentation on the country, MSF International annual report, MSF presentation in the language of the country, etc.)
• consider whether there is a need for the proposed related articles
