MODULES HOSPITAL DIVERS

It is composed of 7 essential modules

1. Medicines for first line treatment of tuberculosis and anti-retroviral medicines

2. First aid kit in a polypropylene bag

3. Post-exposure prophylaxis module (PEP)

4. Small investigation module for viral haemorrhagic fevers

5. Module with medicines for the staff's health

6. General stationary module

7. Basic book kit in English or in French: +/- 12 MSF guides and other reference books. Choice : it is mandatory to order one the two proposed choices. A library kit must be ordered: either the English version, either the French version. Both are presented as choice.

The other modules are optional

• A module with the medicines for rape management: 35 treatments for adults and 15 treatments for children. The basic treatment for rape is included in the OPD, AMP, emergency room part and the PEP module. This module is only a complement of medicines.
• Modules with antimalarial medicines

Choice

1. The basic book kit: choose the module according the language

2. Depending of the context & area the antimalarial medicines modules should be ordered

• Malaria rapid diagnostic tests: choice between the for Pf HRP-2 test or the combo test Pf HRP-2 + Pan pLDH.
• Module with basic antimalarial items (artesunate rectal capsules, quinine tablets...). This needs to be completed by one of the following modules with oral anitmalarials (FDC)
• Module with oral antimalarial medicines (FDC) = artemether/lumefantrine (390 treatments)
• Module with oral antimalarial medicines (FDC) = artesunate /amodiaquine (400 treatments)
• Module with oral antimalarial medicines (FDC) = artesunate + sulfadoxine/pyrimethamine (350 treatments)
• Module with injectable antimalarials: artemether, quinine and artesunate with injection supplies

All the mandatory modules, where the "total quantity" is defined with a number (column "Tot Qty") are gathered under 1 unique code for ordering this part.
