MODULE, ADDITIONAL HOSES + couplings, 2"

Definition

Additional 2" hoses for pump and water tank kits, used to transport water during emergencies and short-term programs.

Can also be used in combination with the "module, water distribution" (see related articles below) to set up a small emergency distribution network.

Indications

The module contains 75 meters (25 m spiral, 50 m flat) of food grade quality, 2" DN50, flexible hose, with separate Guillemin couplings and T-couplings.

Instructions for use

Particularly useful when pumping, storage, treatment and distribution are performed at considerable distances from each other.

For the suction, use only the spiral hose which is supplied in the kit.

Before ordering, make a drawing of the water distribution system and estimate the length of hose required.

Hoses are sensitive to punctures, shocks and sunlight. All spiral hoses should be buried, or at least laid in protective trenches. Flat hoses can also be laid in narrow shallow protective trenches.

For long term use, PE or even PVC pipes are a better choice as they can be buried and protected more easily.
